Dr. Kasiborski has worked in the community health and services field for 15 years. Her work has ranged from managing budgets, policies and procedures for health departments to the role of health consortium executive director. These roles have afforded her the opportunity to write and implement programs and policies for public health departments, train colleagues and others in the field, serve as incident commander managing a public health crisis, identify and implement programs to help school age children, and bring together the healthcare industry with the community to offer the best care for all.
In Fall 2022, Dr. Kasiborski was named “40 under 40” by the De Beaumont Foundation, an honor awarded to recognize leaders whose creativity and innovation are strengthening communities, innovating bold solutions, improving health and changing lives.
Dr. Kasiborski earned a Doctorate in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Public Health from Michigan State University, and a Masters Degree in Social Work and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
